From June 1st through September 30th, weekends are subject to a 2-night minimum. Holiday and event weekends, regardless of the time of year, are subject to a 3-night minimum. Holiday and event weekends include, but are not limited to, Martin Luther King weekend, President's weekends, Winter Carnival, Columbus Day, Ironman weekend, etc...

Additional Information
-B&B does not meet the needs of children under 12
-No pets allowed (note: owner has 1 dog on the property)
-Our sister property, Cochran's Cabins, does allow pets
-The B&B does not allow smoking except outdoors

We spent two nights at the B&B. Great hosts. Lovely room. Lots of information about the area. Like the spot so much we brought a picnic dinner to the dock, swam and watched the sunset while being serenaded by loons."
